The result is this simple lace pattern of roses on the top of the foot, framed by cables on the sides and broken ribbing on the sole of the foot. The sock is knitted toe-up with a heel gusset on a long circular needle using the Magic Loop technique, but can just as easily be knitted with double-pointed needles.
