1. General

These terms and conditions of purchase apply to purchases made on the website fruolesen-garn.se, which is owned and operated by:

By making a purchase on our website, you accept our terms and conditions of purchase.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment is made before delivery via one of the following options:

  • Swish
  • Klarna (invoice, partial payment, or direct payment)
  • Bankgiro: 5765-4832
  • Postgiro: 195 15 34-5
  • Bank deposit: IBAN: SE16 9500 0099 6018 1951 5345 BIC: NDEASESS

Payment is handled through secure payment solutions.
The order will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
For payments via Klarna, Klarna's own terms and conditions apply.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship orders within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.
Delivery takes place within Sweden with PostNord or DHL, as well as to certain countries outside Sweden.

Shipping costs:
    • PostNord: SEK 69 within Sweden
    • Free shipping on purchases over SEK 1,400 (only applies to PostNord)
    • DHL: SEK 99 within Sweden, regardless of purchase amount
    • Outside Sweden: SEK 299 per order

The current shipping fee is always shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Delivery time may vary depending on postal service and holidays.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email to arrange a new delivery time or a refund.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Right of withdrawal and refund

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email: info@fruolesen-garn.se before returning the item.

State your name, order number, and which items you wish to return.

Conditions for return:
    • The product must be unused, intact, and in its original packaging.
    • The original shipping cost at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
    • The item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you notified us of your wish to cancel the purchase.
    • Send the item well-packaged. We recommend trackable shipping, as you, the customer, are responsible for the item's arrival.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the price of the item minus the original shipping cost within 14 days.


The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Opened skeins of yarn, opened packages e.g. needles, or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or handling reasons.
    • Goods that are manufactured or adapted according to the customer's wishes.

5. Complaints and faulty goods

If the item is faulty according to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to make a complaint within 3 years.
Contact us as soon as possible (within 2 months of discovering the fault).

In the case of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs and replace the item or refund the purchase.

6. Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed shipments will be charged a fee of SEK 150 for shipping and handling.

7. Personal data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR).
The data is used solely for processing orders, deliveries, and customer service inquiries.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to manage shopping carts, payments, and statistics.
By using the website, you consent to this.

9. Disputes and applicable law

We always follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in case of any dispute.
Swedish law applies.
