Berlin is a backpack with adjustable shoulder straps so the whole family can take turns using it! It is knitted from the bottom up and then felted in the washing machine. First, the outer pocket is knitted to have a "swatch" to wash separately to get an idea of how the yarn felts in your particular washing machine.
