ChiaoGoo SPIN Bamboo Interchangeable Needle Tips - 5" (13 cm)

ChiaoGoo SPIN Bamboo are interchangeable needle tips made from patina-colored Moso bamboo. Bamboo is lightweight and provides a smoother glide than metal, which can give better control over stitches.

The needle tips are 13 cm long and have stainless steel connections. They can be used with both ChiaoGoo's rotating SPIN cables and TWIST cables when the correct connector size is chosen.

Choose the right cable

• Sizes 3–5 mm have S-connections and are used with S-sized cables
• Sizes 5.5–10 mm have L-connections and are used with L-sized cables

💡 Good to know

Choose the cable according to the needle size. Needle tips 3–5 mm require S-cables, while 5.5–10 mm require L-cables.

ChiaoGoo's SPIN and TWIST systems are compatible when the needle tip and cable have the same connector size. You can therefore use a TWIST cable with SPIN needle tips or a SPIN cable with compatible TWIST needle tips.

SPIN cables have rotating connections that allow the needle tips to twist freely. TWIST Red cables have fixed connections and are designed not to retain their shape after storage.

MINI cables are not directly compatible with these needle tips. To connect an S-sized needle tip to a MINI cable, ChiaoGoo's special S-to-MINI adapter is needed.
