Gnótt is a digital knitting pattern from Ístex for an Icelandic sweater. The pattern is knitted with Plötulopi using two strands and is suitable for those who appreciate classic Icelandic design.
The sweater is knitted with two strands of Plötulopi wound together into one yarn. The characteristic yoke and the decorative louse pattern give the sweater a classic Icelandic look. The body and sleeves are knitted separately before being joined and the yoke is knitted in the round.
