Hjörtu is a knitting pattern for an Icelandic baby cardigan with matching trousers, knitted in Léttlopi.

The cardigan has a multi-coloured yoke with heart-shaped motifs and crocheted front edges. The body and sleeves are knitted in the round from the bottom up and joined before the yoke. The matching trousers are knitted in the round with a raised back.
