Pattern

The Maleo cardigan mimics a kimono in its cut and is crocheted in Svarta Fåret's soft wool yarn Ulrika with a lace pattern and contrasting color. You crochet the front pieces and back piece lengthwise in one piece, and then you crochet the sleeves directly onto the body. You turn for each row on the sleeves to get the same pattern as on the body, but before turning, you close the row to avoid sewing or crocheting an arm seam afterwards. With its wide ¾ sleeves, Maleo is perfect over another garment
