Pattern

The Midsummer Dress is knitted top-down with a circular yoke – but first back and forth to create a slit at the back of the neck. After putting stitches aside for the sleeves, you knit a border with a lace pattern, and then increase for the skirt. Finally, you knit ruffles on the skirt, and then finish the neckline with an i-cord. The dress does not have much ease in the yoke, so measure the child's bust circumference before deciding which size to knit.
