Ranunkel is a retro-inspired top with a design reminiscent of the ranunculus flower's petals. It is knitted in the round from the top down in stockinette stitch, twisted rib, and reverse stockinette stitch. An i-cord is knitted along the neckline and tied into a bow, and a frill is knitted on the yoke. Short rows (German Short Rows) are worked on the yoke, sleeves, and body to shape the top. Needle size and yarn thickness are changed during knitting to ensure the correct fit.
