Pattern

The kitchen's simplest, yet perhaps most beautiful square can serve multiple functions. Rute, in the larger rectangular format, can be used as a kitchen towel or placemat, and in the smaller square size, it's a napkin. It's crocheted in Colin, made of highly absorbent cotton and linen, using a simple technique that makes it smooth and appear woven. The stripes are reminiscent of old-fashioned, hand-woven kitchen towels.
