Pattern

Vallmo is a soft and roomy summer top inspired by poppies. It is knitted in the round from the top down with a double edge at the top and wide i-cord straps. The drape is created by doubling the number of stitches after the yoke edge. A flounce is knitted on top of the body, shaped with turn rows, German Short Rows. Both the flounce and the bottom edge are finished with an i-cord.
