Sandia Sweater is worked top-down, featuring a circular yoke and gentle waist shaping. Try the sweater on as you go to achieve the perfect length for both body and sleeves.
The name Sandia comes from the beautiful Alta River, a place where I’ve had the pleasure of spending many bright and memorable summer nights. Over the years, I’ve lost three big salmon in Sandia. The three V-shaped motifs in the pattern, also reminiscent of fish tails, are a deliberate reference to those moments.
