Pattern

Sjónhvörf is an Icelandic children's cardigan knitted in Léttlopi. The cardigan has a zipper at the front, rolled edges, and a colorful pattern across the yoke.

The pattern was inspired by an unforgettable sight – the first image of the event horizon around a black hole. The body and sleeves are knitted in the round from the bottom up, joined into a patterned yoke, and the cardigan is then cut open at the front.
