Sirapssnitt is a knitting pattern from Järbo for a colourwork hat knitted in Järbo 2 tr Ull. Alpacka Solo, Elise, Junior and Ístex Kambgarn may also be used as alternative yarns.
The hat has a modern, slightly slouchy shape featuring eight-petalled roses and a motif inspired by the traditional Norwegian sirapssnitt biscuit. It is knitted in the round from the brim to the crown using two contrasting colours. The pattern is also available as matching mittens and socks.
